Gumana Sunnundalu are the best variant in Andhra Style Sunnundalu. Made with pure ghee, Jaggery and wheat. These are best to have snack in the evening. The blend of sweet is mild makes you wanted to have more.
Shelf life : 3 months
Goduma Sunnundalu Reciepe
Wheat : 1 cup
Powdered Jaggery : 3/4 to1 cup
Dissolved Ghee : 1/2 cup
Dry dish the entire wheat on a medium fire until sweet-smelling and earthy colored shading. Expel from the fire and permit it to cool. Pound the cooked entire wheat into a powder. Add the powdered jaggery to it and pound once more. Move the
blend into a bowl and include the warm softened ghee and blend well indeed.
Shape the blend into little round balls and store in a water/air proof
holder. Fill in as a sweet bite.
