These chegodis were made specially at home, with 100% fresh oil under hygiene conditions. As we are a made to order food start-up we prepare most of our food items freshly once after the order is placed.
Ingredients : Rice floor, Natural Butter, Sea Salt, Red chilli power, Chana dal and peanut oil.
Shelf life : 60 day, how ever for best taste consume with in 30 days from the manufacturing date.
Taste : Low spice, Crunchy and low Salt.
Storage : Store in airtight box for long lasting freshness
How Pappu Chegodilu are Prepared?
If you wanted to prepare the same at home or wanted to know how pappu chegodilu are prepared please see the process below.
First soak the chana dal in water for 30 minutes
Take a cooking vessel add water, salt and turmeric powder and heat it on low flame.
Add rice floor to the boiling water to make it as a dough.
Make small ball from that dough and roll them into straight liners.
On a wide place take chana and roll the thick liners.
Make them into circles and fry them in oil.
Keep frying them until you see good color.
Store them in air tight pack for long lasting freshness.
